Flarestamina had 100+ tests and no reason to come back between them. This week it got one: a whole content and community layer at
flarestamina.com/news.
The news half is IELTS updates and scholarship deadlines written for students in Uzbekistan — Chevening, GKS, El-Yurt Umidi, Stipendium Hungaricum, Türkiye Bursları, Erasmus Mundus, the current IELTS fee, One Skill Retake, and the DTM rule that a valid B2 certificate (IELTS 5.5+) is worth the maximum foreign-language score. Every post carries a key-facts box, a short Uzbek summary, and a link to the official source it came from — no rewriting rumours from Telegram.
The community half is the part I care about more. Teachers can publish an article in three minutes at
flarestamina.com/writearticle — no sign-up, no account, just write and hit publish; it appears under their own name, with their centre and their social link. Students sign in with their FS Account and post ideas and advice, like each other's posts, and comment. An article can carry both an English and an Uzbek version behind a toggle, so a foreign teacher and a local student read the same page in their own language.
Under the hood there is still no server: static pages, Firestore over REST for the articles, advice and comments, and an admin panel behind a passcode where I can hide, edit or delete anything.
Sourced, dated, no fluff. Now I have to keep it fed.
