Pangeya Essay Platform — faster, with a focus mode

Gave the IELTS essay platform a speed and UX pass. Old essays were loading slowly because the app re-read the entire Firebase collection on every action — even on every keystroke in the search box. Now it loads once, caches in memory, and search filters instantly without touching the network. On the writing side: the word count is now large and colour-coded — amber while you're under the IELTS minimum, green once you hit it, with an 'X words to go' hint. I added a Focus mode that hides everything but the editor, timer and word count, a timer that pulses and beeps in the final minute like a real exam, and cleaner essay cards that show a word-count badge, a feedback marker, and collapse long essays. Search now also tells you when nothing matches instead of going blank.
